1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kh333 ("kh333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kh333.app. By creating an account, accessing any game or service, making a deposit, or otherwise interacting with the kh333 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

kh333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the publication of the revised document on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the kh333 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and kh333. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific document explicitly states otherwise.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation is made available, the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version in all circumstances. Any discrepancy between an English version and a translated version shall be resolved in favour of the English text.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active kh333 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person.
• You are not a current or former employee of kh333, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, without prior written consent from kh333 management.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the kh333 platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any governmental or inter-governmental sanctions list applicable to online gaming activity.

2.1 Age Verification

kh333 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory proof of age is provided, kh333 may suspend withdrawal functionality on the relevant account. If verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposit balance may be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, at kh333's sole discretion.

2.2 Responsibility for Local Legal Compliance

It is your personal responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your specific location before placing any wager. kh333 makes no warranties or representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. By using the platform, you accept full responsibility for ensuring your own compliance with applicable local laws.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of kh333 services, you must register a player account via the kh333 Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are required to keep this information current at all times.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active kh333 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. kh333 employs automated detection tools to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, kh333 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts.
• Void any pending bets, bonuses, or promotional credits linked to the duplicate account(s).
• Withhold any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts.
• Retain deposited funds pending investigation, in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kh333 login credentials. kh333 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other service. You must notify kh333 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. kh333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kh333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming best practices. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. kh333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

kh333 supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the kh333 platform are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption. kh333 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges for which kh333 bears no responsibility.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

kh333 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawal minimum amounts and processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Minimum ৳200 — processed within 2 hours under normal conditions.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳1,000 — processed within 1–3 business days.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before processing will begin:

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the kh333 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Amounts displayed in your account balance, transaction history, and bonus wallet are always in BDT. kh333 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If you deposit in a currency other than BDT via an international payment method, the conversion is handled by your payment provider at their applicable exchange rate.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

kh333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, IP address, and device. kh333 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your kh333 wallet until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• kh333 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus at any time if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome offer are published on the kh333 promotions page at the time of the offer. kh333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

kh333 periodically runs promotions tied to significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season, IPL tournament windows, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published at the time of the promotion and expire when the promotion period ends.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

kh333 actively monitors betting patterns and account activity for indicators of bonus abuse. Patterns that may constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, coordinated multi-account play, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, kh333 reserves the right to void affected bonuses and winnings, close the account, and withhold funds pending investigation.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By maintaining an active kh333 account, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. You accept personal responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kh333 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the kh333 platform, its servers, or its underlying software.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money, conceal the origin of funds, or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members, for the purpose of circumventing account-level restrictions or wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through an identifiable software malfunction are void and will not be paid.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to disguise your true location in a manner intended to circumvent eligibility restrictions.

6.2 Responsible Communication

Players are expected to communicate with kh333 staff — including support agents, chat operators, and moderation teams — with courtesy and respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at kh333 staff will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

kh333 provides access to games supplied by third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.

7.1 Random Number Generation

7.2 Betting Limits

7.3 Cancelled and Voided Bets

A bet or wager may be cancelled or voided by kh333 in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or platform malfunction affected the availability or display of correct odds or game outcomes.
• The event, match, or game to which the bet relates was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared within the timeframe specified in the relevant sports betting rules.
• kh333 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in a manner that exploited an error in the published odds.
• The relevant game provider has determined that a payout is void under its own certified game rules.

In the event of a void bet, the wagered stake will be returned to your kh333 account balance. No additional compensation is payable in connection with a voided wager.

7.4 Disputes Regarding Game Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded on the kh333 server log and the game provider's own records shall be considered definitive and binding. Player-side screenshots or device recordings will not be accepted as evidence in overriding server-side records. All disputes must be raised with kh333 support within 72 hours of the disputed event occurring.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

kh333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to those described below. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team.

8.1 kh333-Initiated Closure

kh333 may suspend or close an account where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, or criminal conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been dormant for a continuous period exceeding 12 months with no login activity.
• kh333 is required to close the account by order of a competent authority or regulatory body.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your kh333 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, provided all applicable KYC requirements are met and no outstanding wagering obligations exist on the account. Bonus balances and free-spin credits that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible-gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by the kh333 support team. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log into your account, deposit funds, or place wagers. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. kh333 will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to the account balance, provided a balance exists. kh333 will not charge a dormancy fee if the account balance is zero. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in using your registered credentials and complete any additional verification requested by the platform.
